Find someone who bingo
The people-bingo icebreaker. Players walk around and find someone who matches each square, then write that person's name in it.
About these icebreaker (find someone who) bingo cards
Find-someone-who bingo is a go-to first-day activity for teachers and a reliable warm-up for workshops and team offsites. Instead of a caller, players move around the room and look for people who match each square.
Each card is shuffled differently, so players spread out instead of crowding the same people. Edit the prompts for your group. Adult teams might add Has worked here 5+ years or Has a side hustle.

Ways to play
One name per person
Each classmate can only sign one square on your card. It forces players to talk to more people.
Follow-up question
Before writing a name, ask one follow-up question. It turns a checkbox into an actual conversation.
Share-out
When someone gets bingo, they introduce the people on their winning row to the group.
Questions
Do I need a caller?
No. Players fill squares by finding people who match. The first to complete a row wins.
What size works best?
A 4x4 card is a good length for a 10 to 15 minute activity. Use 5x5 for longer events.
Can I use it with adults?
Yes. Replace the school-oriented prompts with work or hobby prompts suited to your group.
